Every few months, this forum lights up with new hype about the “latest and greatest” thermogenic fat burner. It seems like every supplement-green tea, capsaicin, garcinia, raspberry ketones, you name it-is touted as the answer to stubborn body fat. I’ve tried a handful myself over the years and can’t honestly say any had a significant or lasting effect beyond maybe a bit more sweat at the gym (and sometimes a jittery feeling I didn’t love).
What does everyone here really think is the best thermogenic fat burner, IF such a thing even exists? Has anyone found solid, long-term results from any specific product or herbal combo, or is the real “fat burner” still just diet and exercise dressed up in fancy packaging? I’d especially appreciate actual experiences or links to unbiased research, not just marketing claims or testimonials from obviously sponsored accounts.
Curious to see if anyone’s found something that actually works, or if we’re all just chasing smoke with these supplements.
