Has anyone else been bombarded with ads for “fat burning” protein powders? Apparently, all I need to do is chug a chocolate-flavored miracle shake and wake up with six-pack abs. Why bother with diet or exercise when we’ve got protein powder chemistry defying common sense, right?
Curious if anyone’s tried these, or if I should just sprinkle some on my pizza and expect results. Are they actually magical, or am I just buying expensive cocoa dust? Any success stories? Or, do they primarily help you burn a hole in your wallet?
