One thing I’ve noticed is that a lot of the commercial fat burners rely on stimulants, not just caffeine, but things like yohimbine and synephrine, which can mess with your heart rate and sleep. If you’re looking for gentler, more natural options, green tea extract and Garcinia cambogia come up a lot, but the results seem pretty minor and definitely not magic solutions.
