Has anyone here tried a fat burner pre-workout formula specifically for women? I was looking into trying one for an extra boost before going to the gym but there are so many out there (some with caffeine, some “all natural,” some with weird ingredients I can’t even pronounce). I’m wondering if anyone had noticeable results in terms of energy or fat loss—and if there are any side effects I should watch out for?
Also, is it safe to use these regularly or should they only be used occasionally? Would love any recommendations, personal experiences, or tips (good or bad)!
