I’ve been reading a bunch about raw probiotics recently and I’m kind of curious about whether they really work better than the ones that are pasteurized or encapsulated. I’m new to all this, so I’m not sure what to look for in a good raw probiotic or how reliable the claims are about their benefits. Has anyone here tried raw probiotics? What changes did you notice, and how did you choose your product? Any advice or personal experiences would be really appreciated!
